Is participation free for Ukrainian participants?
Yes. Participation in the scientific programme is free for Ukrainian participants, provided they attend without abstract publication.
Free participation includes:
- Access to all sessions
- Coffee breaks
Does not include:
- Abstract publication
- Delegate package
- Banquet
Is abstract publication free for Ukrainian participants?
No. Publication is paid for all authors.
- Early fee (until 15 February 2026): 30 EUR / 1,500 UAH
- Standard fee: 50 EUR / 2,500 UAH
What is the Early Publication Fee policy?
The Early Publication Fee applies if the full, final abstract is submitted by 15 February 2026.
After review and acceptance (after 25 March 2026), an invoice with the discounted fee will be issued.
If substantial revisions are made after review, the Organising Committee may apply the standard fee.
When is the abstract submission deadline?
Call for Papers: 1 December 2025 – 1 March 2026
The official deadline is 1 March 2026. No extension is planned at this stage.
Can I submit only the title and send the abstract later?
No. The abstract must be submitted in its complete and final version before the deadline.
Is the conference online or offline?
The conference will be held offline.

Is the publication fee per author or per paper?
The publication fee is charged per accepted abstract, regardless of the number of co-authors.
Where will the proceedings be published?
Conference proceedings will be published on EarthDoc.org and indexed by Scopus.
