Registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by full payment. After receipt of registration and payment, delegates will receive a registration confirmation e-mail, which should be exchanged on-site for a badge if a valid/unique e-mail address is supplied.

*Early Publication Fee Policy
The Early Publication Fee applies to authors who submit the full, final version of the abstract by 15 February.
Following the review process, and subject to a positive decision by the Programme Committee regarding inclusion of the paper in the conference programme, an invoice reflecting the discounted publication fee will be issued after 25 March.
Please note that if substantial revisions are made to the abstract after the review process, the Organising Committee reserves the right to apply the standard (full) publication fee.
Payment methods:
- Invoice. Please fill the form (after march 1), and we will send you an invoice.
2. Payment by Contract. If you need a contract, in the case of payment from an organization or institution, contact us by sending us details for the contract (Name of the organization, the head of the organization, details of the organization) to info@eage.in.ua . In response, we will send a preliminary contract for approval by your accounting department.
Important:
Presenting authors are kindly requested to wait for the Programme Committee’s decision on the acceptance of their paper before making any payment.
Cancellation and Changes Policy
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation received before 1 April 2026: Full refund (after the event) minus an administration fee of 900 UAH (€ 20) per person.
- Cancellation received on or after 1 April 2026: No refund will be made.
- Transfer of your registration to another name will cost a € 10 administration fee, plus any differences in delegate types, where applicable (for instance when changing a registration from a member to a non-member).
Liability Clause
EAGE cannot be held liable for non attendance due to visa issues or any other travel or legal obstructions. If an event or part of an event is cancelled, EAGE shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Speakers and programme agenda are subject to change. EAGE shall not be liable for damages, expenses, personal injury or loss except when caused by gross fault or negligence on the side of EAGE. EAGE’s liability is expressly limited to the amount paid for this event by the participant to EAGE.
