The working language of the conference is English because the abstract must be written in English.
The conference proceedings will be published at EarthDoc.org and indexed by Scopus

The Call For Papers deadline is 1 8 March 2026.
Important:
Presenting authors are kindly requested to wait for the Programme Committee’s decision (March 25) on the acceptance of their paper before making any payment.
*Early Publication Fee Policy
The Early Publication Fee applies to authors who submit the full, final version of the abstract by 15 February.
Following the review process, and subject to a positive decision by the Programme Committee regarding inclusion of the paper in the conference programme, an invoice reflecting the discounted publication fee will be issued after 25 March.
Please note that if substantial revisions are made to the abstract after the review process, the Organising Committee reserves the right to apply the standard (full) publication fee.
