Шановні учасники конференції
На сайті опублікована попередня технічна програма 16-ї Міжнародної наукової конференції “Моніторинг небезпечних геологічних процесів та екологічного стану довкілля“. Конференція має насичену наукову програму, за 4 дні буде заслухано 232 доповіді.
Конференція проходитиме в режимі онлайн і для участі необхідно зареєструватися на порталі конференції в системі Zoom Events. Цей сайт слугуватиме єдиною точкою входу на всі секції.
Інформація для доповідачів
Просимо Вас ознайомитися з програмою конференції та звернути увагу на регламент виступів: 15 хвилин для усних доповідей та 10 хвилин для стендових доповідей.
Ми суворо дотримуємося регламенту і тому Ви повинні виступити з доповіддю в межах зазначеного часу, з якого рекомендується залишити 3-5 хвилин для запитань та обговорення. Порушення регламенту призводить до зриву всієї програми, а слухачі в залі змушені чекати наступної доповіді, або час наступного доповідача скорочується.
У зв’язку з порушення енергопостачання по країні, ми приймаємо до уваги що у деяких учасників не буде можливості зробити доповідь через технічні проблеми.
Тому просимо учасників надати до оргкомітету запис презентації із голосовим супроводом. Як це зробити для різних версій PowerPoint дивіться за посиланням.
Також просимо повідомити оргкомітет у разі виникнення таких проблем, щоб ми оперативно могли змінити програму конференції та перемістити Вашу доповідь на інший час.

Будь ласка, завантажте шаблон PowerPoint, який Ви можете використати для Вашої усної презентації.
Інформація для стендового доповідача
Постерні презентації означають, що на плакаті можна розмістити більше інформації, ніж у тезах, проілюструвати більшою кількістю графіки. Онлайн-формат дозволяє подати кілька постерів або презентацій, які будуть завантажені на сайт і учасники зможуть переглянути їх з 12 листопада.
Під час конференції спочатку відбудуться усні презентації, а потім – стендові доповіді. У призначений час необхідно буде представити постер, продемонструвавши постер або презентацію зі свого комп’ютера, а після цього відповісти на запитання.

Інформація щодо відкликання тез
Відкликання тез до 14 листопада: Ваші тези будуть видалені з EarthDoc та сайту конференції.
Скасування доповідей після 15 листопада може розглядатися як неявка, і Ви ризикуєте бути дискваліфікованими на всіх заходах EAGE протягом наступних 3 років.

Dear colleagues, the Preliminary Technical Programme of the 16th International Scientific Conference “Monitoring of Geological Hazards and State of the Environment” published on site.
The conference has a rich scientific program, for 4 days will be 232 presentations.
The conference will be held online and for participation, you will need to register on the Zoom Event Portal to participate in conference.
Speaker information
Please review the conference program, and note the time limit for presentations is 15 minutes for oral presentations and 10 minutes for student and poster presentations.
We strictly adhere to the time limit and therefore you must make your report within the specified time, of which it is recommended to leave 3-5 minutes for questions and discussion. Violation of the time limit leads to disruption of the entire program, and listeners in the hall are forced to wait for the next report, or the time of the next speaker is reduced.
Due to the disruption of power supply in the country, we take into account that some presentations may not be announced due to technical problems, but we kindly ask you to inform the organizing committee in case of such problems so that we can promptly change the conference program and reschedule your presentation.
We ask presenters to provide to the organizing committee with a pre-recorded presentation of your report with voice support. How to do it for different versions of PowerPoint see here

Poster Speaker Information
Poster presentations mean that you can put more information on the poster than in the paper, illustrated with more pictures. The online format allows you to submit several posters or presentations, which will be uploaded to the website and participants can view them from November 11.
During the conference, the oral presentations will take place first, followed by the poster presentations. At the appointed time, you will have to present a poster, showing the poster or presentation from your computer, and answer questions afterwards.

Cancellation information
Withdrawal of abstracts before 14 November: your abstract will be removed from EarthDoc and from CD (proceedings).
Cancellations of presentations after 15 November , may be considered as a no-show and you risk being disqualified from presenting at all EAGE events for the next 3 years.
